Preferred Qualifications:
Current certification in Special Education (state requirements must be met) Bachelor's or master's degree in Special Education or a related field Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Experience collaborating with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and colleagues Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptable teaching strategies Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued, though enthusiastic new grads are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
