Assesses students and helps to develop individualized education plans that specify the services and accommodations needed for each student. Works in a classroom that includes only students with IEPs, or works with students and teachers in regular classes. For students with severe disabilities, may focus on developing skills for independent living. Works as part of a team that includes therapists, school counselors or social workers.

Teacher Certificate Salary :
This role offers a competitive salary within the range of $60,000 to $114,400 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and prescription coverage, and sick and personal leave. This salary range takes into consideration the applicant's experience, qualifications, and skill sets. Further, this position is affiliated with the following union: Upper Saddle River Education Association.
