Qualifications & Experience:
Valid New Jersey teaching certificationSpecial Education/Learning Disability Teacher Certification required NJ Technology Certification required Experience performing student evaluations in elementary settings Previous work supporting student learning and IEP goals in K-5 special education Flexible mindset to work in multiple locations within the district Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skillsKey Responsibilities:
Deliver special education instruction and support across several elementary school sites Manage a caseload of 3040 students, adapting teaching approaches to ensure every learners success Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to IEP development and progress monitoring Collaborate with general educators, specialists, and student families to foster inclusive learning environments Maintain clear, detailed records in compliance with state and district mandates This contract position begins as soon as possible and continues through June 23, 2027offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in students lives throughout the full school year.
