What You Bring:
Valid Special Education teaching license or certification Experience working with students on the autism spectrum Knowledge of evidence-based practices for autism support Strong communication and collaboration skills Flexibility to work with students in elementary, middle, or high school Ability to develop and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
What You'll Do:
Provide tailored instruction and interventions to students with autism Develop individualized educational plans in collaboration with families and staff Track and report student progress, adjusting strategies as needed Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment Collaborate with a dedicated team of special educators and support professionals Deliver services across two supportive campuses, allowing variety in day-to-day experiences Serve as an advocate, mentor, and resource for students, families, and colleagues
