Qualifications & Experience:
Valid Special Education teaching credential or certification (state-specific, or ability to obtain) Bachelors degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field Experience working with students with diverse abilities preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver individualized instruction for students with special needs Create and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, accurate records Collaborate effectively with parents, faculty, and school administration Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment
