Key Qualifications:

Valid state certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education (TDHH). Experience or specialized training working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing in educational settings. Strong knowledge of instructional strategies, including the use of assistive listening devices, visual supports, and signing systems as appropriate. Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach with staff, students, and families. Sensitivity to diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
