Onsite Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH) to join a supportive school team in Binghamton, NY for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working with students who require specialized instruction and support related to hearing impairments. Responsibilities Provide direct instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, and related service providers Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed Support communication development and accessibility within the classroom Caseload Details to be determined (will be discussed during the interview process) Compensation & Benefits We offer highly competitive and flexible compensation packages tailored to each candidate's needs.
