Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current teacher certification in General Education (appropriate to grade level) Bachelors degree in Education or a related field required; Masters degree preferred Experience teaching elementary students in a classroom setting Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere Adaptability to new environments and school communities

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and differentiated instruction to elementary students following established curriculum guidelines Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture that encourages learning and growth Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the diverse needs of all students Assess student progress, provide feedback, and communicate regularly with parents and school staff Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to enhance student outcomes Participate in school meetings and professional development, as needed
