Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum development and classroom management, with the ability to engage students of various ages and backgrounds. This role requires creativity, patience, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. The Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and providing individualized support to students. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive learning atmosphere Provide tutoring and additional support to students as needed Foster a love for learning through creative teaching methods, including arts such as photography, ballet, cooking, dancing, and theater Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students, including those requiring special education services Encourage student participation in extracurricular activities related to childhood development and early childhood education Experience Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, particularly with children or adults in various educational settings Strong background in classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to different age groups Knowledge of early childhood education principles and preschool experience is highly desirable Familiarity with subjects such as culinary arts, sewing, or performing arts is a plus Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds and learning abilities
