AIS Teacher - District-wide (current placement likely Roy B Kelley Elementary) ________________________________________________________________________________
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Learning Standards and NY state assessments benchmarks, and local assessments Experience teaching at the elementary level The ability and commitment to use technology as an instructional tool Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement Broad experience with a variety of instructional techniques Ability to differentiate instruction for delayed learners Evidence of strong classroom management skills with age appropriate experiences Flexibility, enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to develop programs and collaborate with and support other staff Loyalty and evidence of being a team player Commitment to equity and inclusion of all members of the school community
