Self-contained classrooms with class sizes ranging from 6 to 12 students One Special Education Teacher and three classroom support staff per room Student placement guided by IEP goals and individual developmental profiles Some classrooms feature individualized behavior intervention supports

Qualifications:

Valid New York State Special Education certification required for the grade level (Early Childhood Special Education certification especially valued for preschool and UPK) Appropriate state clearances must be obtained prior to hire
