I'm currently recruiting for a mainstream secondary school in Medway seeking an additional full time Learning Support Assistant to support students across the school. You'll work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team, helping students overcome barriers to learning and become more confident and independent. π Medway, Kent π« Mainstream Secondary School π§© SEN & Additional Needs Support π Full-Time Opportunity π©βπ« About You Previous experience working with children or young people School or education experience desirable Experience supporting SEND/additional learning needs advantageous Confidence providing 1:1 and small-group support Patient, compassionate and adaptable Able to build positive relationships with students Comfortable supporting pupils both academically and pastorally Strong communication and teamwork skills Committed to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing π« About the Role You'll work alongside teachers and the SEN team to support students within lessons and help them access the curriculum.
