PM Desired Qualifications:

Valid NY Special Education Teacher Certification (Early Childhood and/or K12 preferred) Experience teaching students with diverse academic and behavioral needs Familiarity with IEP implementation and behavior support strategies Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to student success

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a self-contained special education classroom (612 students) Implement and monitor student IEPs and developmental goals Support inclusive, positive classroom environments alongside three classroom support staff Use individualized approaches to meet academic and behavioral needs
