Qualifications:
Current certification as a Special Education Teacher (state-specific or eligibility to obtain). Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field. Prior experience in special education settings preferred. Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized instruction to students with diverse learning needs. Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with staff and families. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Track and assess student progress, providing regular feedback. Participate in professional development and school initiatives.
