Desired Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Provide instructional support to teachers during classroom activities and assignments Assist individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts and encourage participation Support students with varying needs, including those with disabilities, in both academic and social settings Help implement behavior management plans and interventions under the guidance of educational staff Prepare instructional materials, maintain a safe learning environment, and supervise students in and out of the classroom, as needed Document student progress and report any observations to the appropriate team members
