Three full-time Intervention Specialist opportunities are available across diverse classroom settingscross-categorical, general intervention, and multiple disabilitiesserving students through the end of May. Desired Qualifications:

Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license or ability to obtain Previous experience in a middle school or special education setting preferred Strong understanding of instructional strategies for students with varying needs, including cross-categorical and multiple disabilities (MDLIC) Ability to collaborate effectively with other educators, paraprofessionals, families, and support staff Commitment to building inclusive, supportive, and structured learning spaces

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines Deliver differentiated instruction tailored to each students strengths and challenges Work alongside two paraprofessionals in multiple disabilities classrooms (capped at 8 students per room) Foster positive, respectful classroom environments where all students can thrive Communicate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure consistent support Track student progress and adjust instruction as needed
