Qualifications:
Valid Ohio Moderate to Intense Intervention Specialist License (required) Compliance with all Cincinnati, OH school and district-specific regulations Experience or passion for empowering elementary students (K-3) with diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, individualized instruction onsite to a caseload of 6 elementary students Collaborate with general ed staff, families, and service providers to create inclusive IEPs Monitor progress, adjust goals, and document outcomes Cultivate a supportive classroom culture fostering confidence, curiosity, and independence
