Key Qualifications:
Valid licensure/certification as a Special Education Teacher Experience adapting lesson plans for students with diverse learning needs Strong knowledge of IEP (Individualized Education Program) development and implementation Excellent communication and collaborative skills Dedication to creating an inclusive classroom culture Ability to manage challenging behaviors with compassion and effective strategies Previous experience working in a school setting is highly preferred

Design and deliver engaging, modified instruction tailored to each student's unique abilities Develop, monitor, and update IEPs in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams Employ a range of strategies to accommodate individualized learning styles Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation Communicate regularly with families and other specialists to ensure student success Participate in school meetings and professional development sessions
