Job Description

Make a meaningful impact working as an Intervention Specialist with a dedicated elementary caseload. This on-site contract opportunity allows you to support Kindergarten through 3rd-grade students in a highly personalized environmentproviding expert special education services and individualized attention. You'll work closely with a small group of six students, helping each child thrive and achieve educational milestones. What you'll bring: Valid Ohio Moderate to Intense Intervention Specialist License (required) In-depth knowledge of individualized education programs (IEPs) and special education best practices Experience teaching or supporting students with moderate to intensive needs Strong communication and collaborative skills, especially in multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with Cincinnati-specific school and district compliance requirements Passion for fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments Key responsibilities: Design and implement individualized education plans for all students on the caseload Deliver engaging and effective instruction tailored to diverse learning styles and needs Collaborate with families, general educators, therapists, and administrators to support each student's progress Monitor, document, and report on student growth and goal achievement Adapt instructional strategies to ensure accessibility and success for all learners Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development Perks of this role include competitive weekly pay, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, and access to a 401(k) retirement plan to support your future.
