Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field Valid state teaching license with special education endorsement Experience working with students who are nonverbal or have significant cognitive and developmental disabilities Familiarity with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) tools or willingness to learn Excellent communication and collaboration skills Compassion, patience, and creativity in adapting curriculum and teaching approaches

Key Responsibilities:
