Four full-time positions are available:

one specializing in behavioral intervention, two working in multiple disabilities classrooms, and one cross-categorical role serving diverse learners.

Desired Qualifications:

Valid Special Education Teacher certification in Ohio Experience working with high school students in special education settings Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and effective instructional strategies Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for students and staff

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver tailored instruction to meet students individual learning needs Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, collaborating closely with colleagues, parents, and service providers Manage classroom environments to ensure student safety, engagement, and positive behavior Utilize data-driven approaches to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly Work with dedicated classroom paras in behavioral (BFLIC) and multiple disabilities (MDLIC) units to maximize student success Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive school culture Enjoy a supportive team atmosphere as you help change livesfrom now until May 28th.
