This position is ideal for passionate educators who thrive working with middle and high school students and enjoy providing specialized instruction within a supportive and dynamic educational environment. As an Intervention Specialist, youll work a minimum of 3 days per week, with the flexibility to increase to full-time hours based on your availability and preference. The schedule is set from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, totaling approximately 21 hours per week. Youll have the chance to focus on delivering Specializedly Designed Instruction (SDI), create tailored instructional trials, and provide individualized supports that make a real difference in students academic journeysall without the added responsibility of IEP writing.

Key Qualifications:

Must possess a valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License Previous experience with middle school or high school students strongly preferred Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide SDI to students in 7th12th grade Develop and implement instructional supports tailored to individual needs Monitor student progress and deliver regular reports Design and adjust instructional trials to enhance learning outcomes
