Job Description
The Virtual Intervention Specialist provides individualized, standards-aligned academic and behavioral support to students with disabilities through a virtual instructional model. Working collaboratively with program staff, educational aides, related service providers, and families, the specialist delivers live one-on-one and small-group instruction to students in a physical classroom while working remotely. The specialist serves as an IEP case manager, monitors academic and behavioral progress, analyzes student data, implements evidence-based interventions, and adjusts instruction to meet individual student needs.
