What you bring:

Proper certification/licensure as a Special Education Teacher (Intervention Specialist) Experience working with K-1st grade students preferred Passion and skill for individualized and small group instruction Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to adapt lessons and strategies to meet diverse learning needs Key responsibilities: Provide targeted instruction and interventions to approximately 6 students in a resource room setting Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each students needs and learning goals Work closely with general education staff, administrators, and families Create a supportive and structured environment that fosters student growth and confidence Maintain accurate documentation and regularly assess student progress Manage classroom routines during school hours from 8:10 AM to 3:50 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break This position offers you the chance to positively influence the foundational years of developing learners, while working a consistent daytime schedule.
