Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Master Two-Year-Old Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum focused on early childhood development, literacy education, and social skills for two-year-olds Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning through play Manage daily routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and outdoor activities with patience and care Use behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation among toddlers Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Incorporate special education techniques and early intervention strategies as needed to support individual learning needs Maintain accurate records of child development progress, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with mandated reporting laws Requirements Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare, preschool. Knowledge of child development principles specific to toddlers aged two years old Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in childhood safety is preferred Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children Understanding of special education practices, behavior management strategies, and early intervention methods Ability to adhere to mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety Experience teaching physical education or implementing Montessori or other specialized educational approaches is a plus Join us in shaping the future by providing young children with a joyful learning experience that nurtures their growth!
