Master Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured learning
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences

Skills:

• Special education experience to support students with diverse learning needs
• Classroom management skills to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Childcare expertise to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students
• Knowledge of toddler care practices for effective early childhood development
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in math concepts to effectively teach foundational skills
• Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to educate and inspire young learners through creative teaching methods
• Experience working in a daycare or similar educational setting
