This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Special Education Teacher who is passionate about helping students with disabilities reach their academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and functional goals while providing continuity of instruction and support during a staff member's leave. Pay starting at $57/hr up to $64/hr Choice between W2 or 1099 opportunities No Non Competes in our contracts! Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Completion of an approved teacher preparation program. Active Oregon TSPC teaching license.

Special Education:

Generalist endorsement required. Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, IEP development, and progress monitoring. Strong classroom-management, communication, organization, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with students with a variety of disabilities and educational needs. Successful completion of required background and fingerprint screening. Successful completion of all ESS Clinical and Reynolds School District onboarding requirements.

Oregon Licensure Required:

Current Oregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) teaching license with the appropriate special education authorization.

Special Education:

Generalist - PreK-12 endorsement is required for the standard Special Education Teacher assignment. Out-of-state licensed teachers may be eligible to obtain an Oregon Reciprocal Teaching License through TSPC. Candidates must obtain the appropriate Oregon authorization before beginning a certified teaching assignment unless another applicable TSPC authorization is available.
