Special Ed Teacher | Saint Helens, Oregon Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Saint Helens, OR Job Details Contract Benefits Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Working with individuals with disabilities Teaching Certification Working with children Working with students with special education needs Special Education Certification Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to support K-12 students onsite in Saint Helens, OR. This contract position offers a 35-hour workweek, providing direct services and specialized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with state standards. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance. Support positive behavioral interventions and foster an inclusive classroom environment.Qualifications:
Valid Oregon Special Educator License. Experience working with K-12 students in special education. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to develop and implement IEPs effectively.Location:
Onsite in Saint Helens, Oregon, working within a school environment.Benefits:
