Desired Qualifications:
Current PA Teaching Certificate with Special Education coverage for middle school grades Experience or strong interest in working with students on the autism spectrum Ability to adapt lessons, foster inclusion, and communicate effectively with staff and families Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
Lead a classroom of 8 middle school students receiving autistic support services Plan and deliver customized instruction targeting individual educational goals Monitor student progress, maintain records, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment in alignment with best practices Engage in meaningful partnerships with families and other educators
