Strong skills in speech therapy techniques, behavioral therapy (including applied behavior analysis), and social-emotional learning strategies. Familiarity with learning technology, educational software, and assistive devices used for inclusive education. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, students, and families. Ability to manage classroom dynamics while fostering an inclusive environment that supports all learners' growth.
