What You'll Do:

Co-teach in our creative, play-based classrooms. Bring learning to life through engaging, child-led exploration and social-emotional growth. Incorporate our unique routines to help children learn to navigate big feelings in a healthy, supported way. Build meaningful, professional connections with families and your fellow team members.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for early childhood development and child-led, play-based learning. A positive, collaborative attitude and a desire to be part of a supportive workplace culture. Experience in a licensed childcare setting or a degree/credits in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow with us is essential! Ability to meet standard state childcare background checks and clearance requirements.
