Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress, behavioral health, and developmental milestones. Collaborate with fellow teachers, special educators, therapists, and support staff to design cohesive educational plans and share best practices. Conduct assessments, standardized testing, and progress monitoring to evaluate student achievement and inform instructional adjustments. Experience Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood education or preschool settings. Demonstrated expertise in special education, including experience teaching students with disabilities, autism, or visual impairments. Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral health principles. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, instructional design, and educational compliance regulations. Experience integrating educational technology and assistive devices to support diverse learning needs. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement, team collaboration, and interdisciplinary coordination. Background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in early intervention programs is highly desirable.
