Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for children. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, guiding students in their academic and social development, and collaborating with parents and staff to ensure the best outcomes for every child. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth. Utilize learning technology effectively to enhance the educational experience. Oversee daily classroom activities, including toddler care, preschool, and daycare routines. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience across grade levels. Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Qualifications CDA certification or AA in early childhood education Experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential. Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques is a plus. Strong understanding of math concepts suitable for early learners. Experience in private school settings is desirable but not mandatory. Ability to effectively use learning technology in the classroom. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for teaching and a commitment to the development of each child.
