  • BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Special Needs Caregivers (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) throughout Lehigh County, PA.
In this rewarding role, you'll provide one-on-one support in home and community settings, serving as both a mentor and companion while helping individuals build life skills, gain independence, and achieve their personal goals.
  • How You'll Make an Impact as a Special Needs Caregiver (DSP):
  • + Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming) + Provide clients with transportation on errands, appointments and community outings + Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities + Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation + Participate in community integration activities
