Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized and small group instruction to students with visual impairments, promoting access to the general education curriculum Develop and implement customized educational plans and progress-monitor student development in both academic and independent living skills Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and families to ensure inclusive and accessible learning experiences Adapt materials and assessments using braille, large print, or technology as needed Participate actively in IEP meetings and document required progress reports Provide guidance and training for faculty and parents regarding best practices and the use of assistive technology
