Job Description

Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a collaborative charter school team in the Fort Washington area. Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success. Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation of services and goals. Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team discussions. Differentiate instruction to meet a variety of learning styles and abilities. Utilize evidence-based instructional and behavioral strategies to support student achievement. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, district, and school policies and procedures. Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification (required). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field. Experience working with students with diverse learning and behavioral needs preferred. Strong communication, classroom management, and collaboration skills. Ability to obtain all required state and district clearances.
