Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Montgomery County, PA to hire Special Education Teachers for contract assignments supporting students in a multiple disabilities classroom . We are seeking a dedicated education professional with experience working with students with developmental disabilities and complex learning needs.

Montgomery County, PA Pay Rate:
$36 to $39 per hour Responsibilities Provide specialized instruction to students with multiple disabilities in a structured classroom setting Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with paraprofessionals, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams Adapt curriculum and utilize evidence-based practices to meet diverse learning needs Maintain accurate records and compliance with state and federal regulations Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Qualifications Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification in Special Education OR PK-4 certification (for Early Intervention classrooms) Candidates eligible for emergency certification will also be considered Prior experience working in a multiple disabilities classroom preferred Experience supporting students with developmental disabilities preferred Why Work with Supplemental Health Care?
