Position Overview Develop and deliver individualized instruction and specialized learning experiences that address students' academic, behavioral, functional, and developmental needs. Implement IEP goals, accommodations, modifications, and evidence-based instructional strategies while monitoring and documenting student progress. Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, independence, social-emotional development, and success. Collaborate with families, related-service providers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate student support and participate in IEP planning and progress reviews. Qualifications Bachelor's degree Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching Certification preferred; applicable emergency certification pathways may be considered based on program and district requirements Experience supporting students with autism, multiple disabilities, life skills needs, emotional/behavioral needs, or deaf/hard-of-hearing students strongly preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?
