r42868-19102 Job Description We are seeking a motivated and compassionate PCA for a school-based position supporting students in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area for the 20262027 academic year.

Schedule:

MondayFriday, school hours School-Based PCAs may provide: Direct 1:1 and small group support for students with diverse learning needs Assistance with implementation of IEP goals and accommodations Support with daily living, communication, and social skills development Behavioral support and de-escalation assistance Collaboration with classroom teachers and multidisciplinary teams Data collection and progress monitoring under teacher or specialist supervision Assistance with instructional activities and classroom management Support during transitions, lunch, specials, and other school activities

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred Pennsylvania Act 34 (Criminal History), Act 151 (Child Abuse History), and FBI Fingerprint clearances required prior to start Experience working with students with disabilities preferred Knowledge of IEPs and special education processes a plus Strong communication, patience, and organizational skills

Compensation:

This is a W-2 hourly position. Compensation varies based on experience and qualifications. Hourly rates are competitive and negotiable.
