As an itinerant professional within the building, your focus will be primarily case managementensuring each child receives the personalized support they need to thrive. You'll manage a caseload of 17-18 students and collaborate with fellow staff members and parents to create tailored educational experiences.

Key Qualifications:

Certification in Special Education or eligibility for an emergency permit Experience working with elementary school students, preferably in inclusive and specialized settings Strong case management skills and ability to balance multiple students' needs Collaborative spirit for working with teachers, administrators, and families Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:
