Qualifications:

Previous paraprofessional experience in schools preferred Must have current Pennsylvania clearances Comfortable supporting special education students, including those with complex needs Able to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families Willing and able to commute to the Malvern area for onsite work and interviews

Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers with instructional and behavioral support Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning Support students in developing life, social, and academic skills Monitor student progress and report observations to the team Help maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment Collaborate with fellow staff on student success strategies This opportunity offers consistent weekday hours and the chance to truly impact students daily experiences.
