Requirements Proven experience in teaching physical education, literacy, math, or early childhood education within elementary or preschool settings. Lead circle time experience including singing songs and introducing literacy learning with alphabets and word cards Strong understanding of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and educational compliance regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with young children, parents, and team members. Demonstrated proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and curriculum implementation tailored to diverse student needs. Experience working with children with special needs or those requiring early intervention services is highly desirable. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and student performance data analysis to support instructional decisions. Familiarity with educational technology tools for learning enhancement and classroom management purposes.
