Job Description
KinderCare seeks a Senior Teacher to lead high-quality early childhood classrooms at State College KinderCare. In this role, you will design and deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum, guide classroom teachers, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. You will partner closely with families, observe and document children's progress, and adapt learning plans to support individual needs. As a senior team member, you'll mentor staff, model best practices in classroom management and instruction, and help shape center-wide educational initiatives and culture.
