Job Description

The Goddard School of Wexford is looking for a dependable, caring, and flexible Resource Teacher (Floater/Building Substitute) to join our team! This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children of all ages and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment. As a Resource Teacher, you will play an important role in keeping our school running smoothly each day by providing classroom support wherever needed.
Position:
Resource Teacher (Floater/Building Sub) Our Resource Teachers help ensure that every classroom has the coverage and assistance it needs. You will work with different age groups, support teachers, and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment throughout the building.
Responsibilities Include:
Providing support in classrooms ranging from Infants through Pre-K Assisting teachers with daily routines and activities Covering classrooms during breaks, planning time, or staff absences Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families Supporting children's social and emotional development through caring interactions
Qualifications:
Experience working with children CDA or Early Childhood/Elementary coursework is a plus, but not required Flexible, reliable, and willing to jump in where needed Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Passion for helping children learn and grow
