Immediately Job Description The Bald Eagle Area School District, located within a short drive of the campuses of Penn State University and Lock Haven University, offers a robust educational program for students in a community-focused setting. The district combines easy access to the opportunities and amenities of nearby college campuses, with the tight-knit family feel of our rural community school district. We are in search of a motivated applicant to join the BEA family for the following position: Anticipated Elementary Special Education Teacher The Elementary Special Education Teacher provides specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs. This educator develops and implements individualized education programs (IEPs), adapts curriculum and teaching strategies to meet each student's unique abilities, and collaborates with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. The teacher ensures compliance with federal and state special education regulations while fostering an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages all students to reach their full potential.
