), a mental and behavioral health agency. Our Learning Center provides Peer and Family Support training across the entire state of Idaho. We are an approved Proprietary School through the Idaho State Board of Education and an approved training provider through the Idaho Division of Behavioral Health. We have big dreams to grow our Learning Center and offer a wide range of trainings while currently offering Peer and Family Support training. We are looking for someone who wants to turn a passion of training/teaching and helping others into action by presenting the training materials required for Peer & Family Support certification. Our goal is to equip future Peer & Family Support providers in Idaho with the skills and knowledge to support participants in the Idaho Behavioral Health Program, regardless of which agency they work for. ? Serve as the instructor of our fully remote learning center. Starting wage of $16.00 - $20.00/hour with pay increase potential Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus based on tenure and retained earnings. What You Will Do - As the Learning Center Instructor you will be the heartbeat of our education/training program: Review completed training course applications and conduct phone interviews. Send out approval/denial emails and the required acknowledgment forms. Provide support and information throughout the acceptance process. Update student/trainee files Send payment links, assist when needed and ensure payments are received by the cutoff date. Send out virtual classroom links and help with technology issues if they arise. Keep engagement throughout the training course, during class and off times. Continue to be a pillar of support through out the training course. Conduct the training and engage trainees. Communicate with guest speakers. Proctor the course exam. Answer any post training questions.
