Key Qualifications:

Current 282 Certification is required Experience working as a Special Education Teacher, specifically in school settings Demonstrated knowledge of case management for both IEP and ISP students Comfortable with remote responsibilities, with ability to travel as needed for in-person evaluations, observations, and SDI monitoring Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as case manager for 13 IEPs and 6 ISPs, maintaining compliance and best practices Conduct regular academic evaluations and create detailed reports to guide instructional interventions Perform classroom observations to monitor and support the delivery of specially designed instruction (SDI) Collaborate closely with general education staff, related service providers, and families to implement effective educational strategies Maintain up-to-date documentation for each student, ensuring accurate and timely IEP/ISP records Participate in IEP meetings (virtually or in person as required) and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions This role offers a blend of remote work flexibility and on-site engagement for essential evaluations and observations, allowing you to balance your professional commitments.
