Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging special education instruction to individual students on a homebound basis Implement and adapt lessons to meet each student's unique learning goals and needs Monitor student progress, collect data, and contribute to IEP maintenance and updates as needed Collaborate with school faculty, parents, and related service providers to support student achievement Provide regular communication and updates regarding student progress
