Qualifications:

Current and valid Teacher Assistant Certification Prior experience working in a school setting as a paraprofessional is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to various classroom environments and student needs Dependable, organized, and collaborative

Responsibilities:

Provide direct classroom support to teachers and assist with instruction Work one-on-one or in small groups with students needing additional help Foster an inclusive environment to encourage academic and social success Assist with classroom management, daily activities, and transitions Contribute to documentation and progress reporting as required Collaborate with education professionals and participate in team meetings This role is set to begin in September 2026 and will run through the end of the school year, offering full-time hours each week.
