Desired Qualifications:

Hold a valid Rhode Island Department of Education Special Education license for Early Childhood, Elementary, or Secondary (as appropriate for assignment) Ability to obtain or already possess Rhode Island Structured Literacy proficiency (compliance with the Right to Read Act, must complete within one year if not already certified) Strong commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom climate Proven record of successfully working with students with mild-to-moderate disabilities, or with students in a self-contained setting Excellent communication and teamwork skills Adaptability and a creative approach to student engagement

Key Responsibilities:
